Your Lawn Treatment Plan has four levels of service:
Priority Program
This is the foundation of your lawn care. It’s a year-round program designed specifically for your lawn’s needs. Every Lawn Treatment Plan starts with a Priority Program.
Associated Programs
These are add-ons that work with the Priority Program. Not every Priority Program includes the same Associated Programs, but you can add more if needed.
Associated Programs cannot be used without a Priority Program.
Additional Programs
These are optional services for specific problems like pests, weeds, or other targeted issues. They can be added to your Lawn Treatment Plan or used on their own.
No Priority Program is required.
Treatments / Services
These are one-time treatments for specific issues, not ongoing programs.
They do not require a Priority Program but do require an on-site quote before service.

An Associated program is an advanced program supports and benefits the Priority Program and can only be purchased if you have an active a Priority Program in place.
Nutgrass:
Nutsedge (nutgrass) can be controlled in our regular turf program, but non-selective treatments only suppress it. Complete elimination requires a selective herbicide program specifically designed to target nutsedge.

Treatments are individual services available to both new and existing customers and are used to solve specific problems. An on-site inspection is usually required, and pricing is based on time and materials.
